How We Work

Step 1: We Learn About Your Home

Before scheduling, we ask a few important questions about your space and what matters most to you. This allows us to guide you to the right type of cleaning and prepare properly.

Step 2: Your First Cleaning Is a Deep Clean

For first-time clients, we always recommend starting with a deep cleaning (top to bottom).
This resets the home, allows us to understand its needs, and sets the foundation for easier maintenance moving forward.

Step 3: Ongoing Care (Optional)

After the first visit, many clients choose to move into a recurring cleaning plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). At that point, we can offer a custom flat-rate plan tailored to your home.

How Our Pricing Works

First Visit: Hourly Cleaning

Your first cleaning is charged hourly, because:

• Every home is different

• The time needed can vary

• You only pay for the time required

• Our team works efficiently and with great attention to detail.

After the First Cleaning

Once we’ve worked in your home, we can recommend a flat-rate plan for ongoing service if it makes sense for you. Many of our long-term clients start this way.
