What if I am not satisfied with All4U Services?

Why should I choose All4U Services?

We guarantee our work. We aim to do our best. If for any reason, at any time you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call us immediately at (801) 597-0250 and we will do everything in our power to resolve your concerns.

Do I need to be at home for a service?

We’re proud to offer professionals who pride themselves on top-quality services. After undergoing an extensive background check, each member of our team is thoroughly trained to provide our services. We also back all of our work with a 24-hour warranty.

We are licensed and insured. You’re welcome to ask us about receipt or form for taxes purposes. We also offer annual packages with great deals.

What if I need to reschedule?

We’re reliable. It is not necessary to be at home while we’re there cleaning or doing any type of work. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when our team arrive, and set it again when we leave. We’ll need to know where you keep your house’s key or we can keep a spare key. Garage and door codes works well too.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

We provide everything. We bring all our own cleaning supplies and equipment. Please let us know if you prefer to use your own.

Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another,  for whatever reason, one of us, is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call or text as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We’ll do the same. Cancelation with less than 24 hours or no communication will be charged.

Do you accept Tips?

While tips aren’t expected, we’re allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our website or Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.

How do I pay?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. For big projects we ask for a down payment. Venmo is our first choice, cash or check are great, but we also accept credit card payments. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to All4U Services.
