House cleaning
How much does house cleaning cost in Lehi, UT?
Your first visit is a top-to-bottom deep clean, billed by the hour per cleaner, because it's hard to know a home's condition before we see it. After that, your recurring visits move to a flat rate made for your home, based on its size and how often you'd like us to come.
Weekly or every other week — which is right for me?
Every other week fits most homes. Weekly is best for large families, pets or homes that host often.
Why do you start with a deep clean?
Every new home starts with one. It resets your home and takes care of the details that build up over time, creating a strong foundation so every visit after is easier, more efficient and more consistent.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients share a door code or key, and we confirm entry details before the first visit.
Do you offer allergy-friendly cleaning?
Yes. Our Allergy & Wellness Cleaning add-on runs an AirSentry 1000 air purifier with an H14 filter while we work, uses fragrance-free hypochlorous acid made fresh on site for high-touch surfaces, and adds extra detail on vents, baseboards, fans and fixtures. You can add it to any cleaning.
What if I'm not happy with a cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back within 48 hours to make it right, free. This applies to every cleaning: recurring, deep and move-out.
Handyman & maintenance
What maintenance plans do you offer?
Three ready-made plans — Essential (2 seasonal visits a year), Signature (quarterly visits) and Excellence (full-day quarterly visits with full handyman coverage) — plus All4U Concierge, a custom plan you build with any mix of our services. Compare the plans.
How do handyman estimates work?
Tell us what you need and we'll send a free, written estimate. You approve the scope and price before we start.
Do you offer dryer vent cleaning?
Yes. We use a professional rotary system to clear lint buildup, which improves drying time and lowers fire risk.
Airbnb hosts
Do you clean vacation rentals in Park City, Heber City and Salt Lake City?
Yes. We care for Airbnb and vacation rentals in Park City, Heber City and Salt Lake City, as well as Lehi, Utah County and Weber County. See host plans.
Do you handle linens and restocking?
Yes. We wash linens on-site or pick them up and return them, and we restock from your supplies. If something runs out mid-turnover, we pick it up and bill you with the receipt.
What happens if something breaks?
Quick fixes under $75 that our team can handle on the spot, like a burnt-out bulb or a clogged toilet, are taken care of right away and added to your invoice. Anything bigger, or anything that needs a separate handyman visit, we ask you first.
Can you manage my rental for me?
Yes. Our Host Concierge plan covers cleaning, laundry, maintenance, 24/7 guest issues, inventory and monthly reports. See host plans.
